We want to make a pen under own OEM brand with my company color, but the color doesn't exist on your catalogue. Can you make our special color for us?
Normally you can select your favorable colors from our existing ones, but you can not find it, of course we can make your original color according to your request.
What's the MOQ per order / item?
Basically 3,000 to 10,000pcs per color. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact with us your ordering plan via below Inquiry page.
How many types of way to ship the cargo do you have?
We can ship the cargo according to customer's request. For your information, we have experience to ship cargos by sea / air cargo, DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc.
Can you send your actual pen sample?
Yes, we can send actual samples according to your request. However, please kindly note that basically the sample fee + courier cost will be invoiced to you in advance of dispatching the sample.
As for courier cost, you can select if from prepaid base or collect base. If you want to arrange it by collect base, of course we will invoice only samples fee, not be charged courier cost.
